IPP, developed by John Kesler, is a spiritually grounded character and virtue practice in a developmental framework that is designed to foster personal integration and holistic inner flourishing in support of Flourishing Leadership in the world in ways that support interrelated individual, collective, and ecosystemic flourishing. IPP practices and training emphasize supporting adults over time to grow into even greater maturity and more profound leadership capacities and skills. John takes the position that a deep spiritual centering is foundational to optimal attainment of stable, virtuous, moral and mature capacities. As far as John is aware, IPP is the only practice that is designed to work with and integrate primary dimensions of every established stage of human development in support of such developmental flourishing and Flourishing Leadership.
